GM series high vacuum diaphragm valve uses the valve stem to directly press the rubber mold on the valve seat to cut off or connect the vacuum system. The connection forms include looper flange connection, quick release flange connection and welding connection. The welded connection is divided into welded type I connection (that is, two ends connected), and welded type II connection (that is, one end is welded and the other end is inserted). The applicable working medium of the valve is air and non-corrosive gas.

CCD型系列电动超高真空插板阀是利用螺杆电动推动密封轴(杆)做轴向运动推(拉)动举升机构带动驱动体沿轴向运动当定位板运动到止动块时，密封压板和支撑板停止轴向移动，而卧在密封压板和支撑板球窝内的钢球被驱动体推出球窝，从而使支撑板和密封压板背离驱动体，而压向阀门法兰的支撑面和密封面，当钢球完全离开球窝而位于支撑板和密封压板的平面上时，压紧力达到最大，阀门被完全关闭，当驱动体被拉动向后运动时，由于密封压板和支撑板与法兰面间摩擦力很大，钢球被驱动体拉回球窝，密封压板和支撑板在中心弹簧的作用下,压向驱动体，随驱动体一同向后运动，离开法兰孔口，使阀门完全打开。 适用的工作介质为洁净的空气及非腐蚀性气体。
