This training session features an on-site lecture by instructors from the Health Promotion Center, with content tailored to the realities of employees’ work and daily life. The program covers essential first-aid skills such as CPR and rescue breathing, promotes healthy lifestyle practices to boost immunity, and explains common cancer risk factors and preventive measures. Participants will also receive practical guidance on lifestyle adjustments and evidence-based health management recommendations.
