筑牢合同风险防线 赋能业务合规发展 —— 我司开展合同合规专项培训

为进一步强化全员合同风险防控意识，提升业务人员合同审核专业能力，从源头规避合同合规风险，保障公司业务健康有序开展，4月1日上午，我司组织开展合同合规专项培训，各业务部门负责人、业务骨干及相关岗位人员参加培训。
本次培训围绕合同审核全流程、全场景，以 “问题导向 + 实战赋能” 为核心，设置四大核心模块，层层递进、干货满满。培训伊始，讲师全面复盘了过往业务中出现的典型合同违规案例，深入剖析问题根源，明确违规后果，为全体参训人员敲响风险警钟，从思想上筑牢合规防线。
随后，针对 “合同审核仅为法务职责” 的认知误区，讲师明确了业务人员在合同审核中的核心责任，厘清了业务端与法务端的审核分工与协同逻辑，强调了合同审核能力对业务推进、风险防控的核心价值。
在核心技能培训环节，讲师聚焦合同审核实操，从主体资质核查、核心条款审核、不同业务场景个性化审核、合规红线把控等维度，拆解了合同审核的全流程关键要点，手把手传授审核技巧，补齐业务人员专业能力短板。
培训最后设置了实战演练环节，组织参训人员现场实操审核，排查风险、修正条款，实现 “学练结合”，帮助大家将理论知识快速转化为实操能力，确保学完即用、用则见效。
培训期间，各业务部门围绕年度合同管理工作完成情况、现存短板进行交流发言，单位相关负责人对全年合同合规工作进行全面点评，在肯定成效的同时指出问题，并对下一阶段合同管理工作提出具体要求，进一步明确工作目标，为新一年合同合规工作锚定方向。
此次培训不仅有效提升了全体业务人员的合同合规意识、风险防控意识与实操能力，也为公司下一步合同管理工作提质增效奠定了坚实的基础。
