本次培训紧密结合工厂生产实际，紧扣岗位安全需求，重点围绕岗位作业安全规范、劳动防护用品正确穿戴与使用、机械安全操作核心要点，以及生产现场危险源识别与隐患排查等关键内容展开。培训过程中，授课人员结合行业内及同类企业典型安全事故案例，用真实案例敲响安全警钟，详细拆解了车床等核心生产设备的安全操作规程、防护用具的规范使用方法，明确了设备危险部位的防范重点，深入剖析了各类不安全操作行为可能造成的严重危害，让每一位员工都能深刻认识到违规操作的惨痛代价，真正将安全理念入脑入心。
