When the pump stops working or the power supply is suddenly interrupted, the valve can rely on the pressure difference between the atmosphere and the vacuum to automatically close the valve plate, close the vacuum system, maintain its vacuum degree, and fill the air into the pump chamber through the orifice of the valve. , to avoid the backflow of pump oil from contaminating the vacuum system.
